Rates - Dec. 15 to Apr. 16 (except holidays) Daily: $125 - Weekly $825 April 16 to Dec. 15 (except holidays) Daily: $110 - Weekly: $770 Holy Week (Semana Santa) $130 per night with a 4 night minimum. Dec. 26 to Jan. 2 or similar End of Year dates $2,500 minimum 7 days Monthly Rates $1,550 plus some utilities Rentals less than 3 days are subject to a $35 cleaning fee.
